Jon Ladle

Jon Ladle has always had a passion for business and a flair for innovative thinking that drives productivity and profit (for his own companies as well as his clients’). His career has taken him through various accounting, financial, and operational management positions at prominent technology companies. In these positions, Jon has gained valuable insight into how large corporations function and, more importantly, how to identify and solve major problems through technology-enabled solutions. Jon brings these skills to the table at his current position at ProfitOptics. As the Chief Operating Officer, Jon is responsible for the day-to-day operations, finance, and HR functions of the company. This includes the successful development and execution of customer solutions, financial direction of the company, and recruiting and retaining employees. Jon offers a strong depth of knowledge and experience in business process efficiency, account and project management, and margin management. Prior to joining ProfitOptics, Jon was Chief Operating Officer for Advanous, where he was responsible for business operations, client solutions and product development. Jon has also worked for both Intel and AT&T Solutions in various financial and accounting roles.
