THE CHALLENGE

The client’s new ERP was unable to keep pace with increasing order volume. Various consultants were engaged to attempt to solve the system performance issues; even the CEO of the ERP leaned in to attempt various fixes. However, all attempts to solve this critical issue failed.

THE SOLUTION

Building upon the ProfitOptics Catalyst Platform, we configured and integrated the Order Entry Portal (OEP) to the client’s ERP.  In addition, we were able to integrate the ProfitOptics Quoting Module to OEP to create a seamless quote-to-order process for the sales team.

THE RESULT

OEP’s unique design and seamless integration to the client’s ERP allows the sales team to enter orders at 2x the prior pace. The system was so well received that the client has plans to expand the solution globally.
